Scope of Works

As part of ongoing enhancements to the Riverside Activity Zone in our hometown of Andover, Powells was appointed by Valley Leisure Ltd to deliver the complete fitout of a brand-new Laser Tag Arena within a previously disused warehouse space. Our team was responsible for transforming the empty shell into an immersive, high-energy environment that now forms a key addition to the site’s wider leisure offering.

Our works included:

Full interior fitout of the main tag arena, briefing room, vesting area, toilets, and viewing space
Creation of a themed laser tag maze with dramatic internal walls designed for gameplay and strategic movement
Installation of hard-wearing floors, specialist finishes, and vibrant decorative elements throughout
Delivery of all building works, joinery, and services required to convert the warehouse into a fully operational entertainment venue
