Powells was appointed to deliver the complete refurbishment and fit-out of a three-storey, Grade II listed building - formerly a boathouse - on the banks of the River Thames. The transformation converted the disused site into a vibrant, modern nursery for N Family Club, a provider of high-quality early education and childcare. Known for their beautifully designed spaces that support children’s learning and development, N Family Club creates enriching environments for families and staff alike.

This project forms part of a wider programme of nursery fit-outs that Powells has successfully delivered for N Family Club across the UK. Our scope included full internal strip-out, structural alterations, new water, gas and drainage connections, and a full M&E renewal. We also installed a new traditional staircase, created eight new playrooms, a learning kitchen, staff and office areas, and commercial kitchen and washroom facilities.
