Delivering a dual-brand flagship within a heritage building demanded careful balance between modern retail performance and architectural sensitivity. The project required precise coordination of structural steelwork, stair installations, and floor build-ups within tight spatial constraints, while ensuring that each brand retained its own identity and sense of discovery.
With two retail concepts, multiple levels, and complex MEP and life-safety systems to integrate discreetly, programme certainty and sequencing were critical. All works were delivered within a compressed 11 week programme, requiring disciplined planning, close collaboration with stakeholders, and rigorous on-site management.
