Challenges

Challenges

Challenges

Listed Building Constraints: All works had to be carefully planned and executed in accordance with heritage requirements, ensuring protection of original architectural elements while delivering a fully modernised interior.

Structural Complexity: Significant steelwork removals and structural adaptations were required to house the AV wall and support future works. These involved highly specialised techniques and coordination.

Multi-Trade Coordination: Managing numerous subcontractors and specialist trades within a live urban location demanded precise sequencing and strong on-site leadership to keep the project on track.
