Works included the full replacement of the existing shopfront, incorporating new structural steelwork, glazing and ACM cladding panels, alongside a reconfiguration of the internal layout to support the brand’s updated store format.

The scheme also included the expansion of the fitting room area with three additional fitting rooms, full internal redecoration throughout, adaptations to existing lighting, electrical and building services, and the installation of new signage and glazing manifestations.

Selected existing fixtures and store elements were carefully adapted and retained as part of the refurbishment, helping to maintain programme efficiency while ensuring the refreshed environment aligned with Hollister’s latest retail standards.

Delivered against a tight completion programme, the project required close coordination between trades, suppliers and centre stakeholders throughout all phases of the works.
