The two-floor scheme comprises a high-spec ground floor sales area and a fully reconfigured first-floor back-of-house. The retail space features bespoke walnut joinery, a statement chandelier, coffered ceilings, and brass detailing, alongside LED backlit displays to enhance product presentation. The existing storefront was retained and enhanced with new illuminated signage and glass sliding entrance doors to support energy performance.

Back-of-house areas were transformed to improve operational efficiency, including a new stockroom, staff facilities, and manager’s office, supported by new mechanical and electrical services.

Delivered within a live retail environment, the project required careful coordination to manage restricted working hours, complex logistics, and limited access.

The completed store provides a high-quality, high-performance retail environment, reinforcing Powells’ expertise in delivering luxury fit-outs within prestigious destinations such as Bicester Village.
