ASHK combines artisan gifting, premium homeware and a dedicated tea and coffee offering within a carefully curated environment inspired by Turkish craftsmanship, ethical sourcing and the warmth of traditional hospitality.

Delivered over a six-week programme, the project transformed an existing retail unit through a comprehensive fit-out including structural alterations, new partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, decorations and the integration of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to support both the retail and café environments.

Working within one of Europe's busiest shopping destinations, Powells also coordinated landlord approvals, Building Control liaison, MEP coordination and Principal Designer duties, ensuring the project was delivered in line with Westfield's operational requirements while supporting the client's vision for its first UK flagship destination.

The completed store reflects the growing trend towards experience-led retail, creating a welcoming environment where customers are encouraged to browse, relax and engage with the brand beyond the traditional retail transaction.
