The project involved a full luxury fit-out and structural remodelling to create two distinct yet cohesive retail environments for JANIE and JACK, and HATCH. Key features include a bespoke feature staircase with steel structure, wrought iron spindles and oak finishes, alongside a secondary back-of-house stair, 3-stop customer lift, and stockroom conveyor system.

The scope included full MEP services, engineered oak flooring, sprinkler systems, ceilings, decorations, and integrated security and audio systems. The shopfront was adapted to introduce a new HATCH entrance, complemented by a refreshed façade and bespoke signage throughout.

Working within a heritage setting required careful coordination, balancing technical complexity with the distinct identities of both brands.

The completed flagship establishes a high-quality retail destination on one of London’s most iconic streets, supporting both brands’ expansion into the UK market.
