A contemporary, multi-level flagship blending fashion and home in one seamless retail experience
Spanning 2,558m², the store brings together Womenswear, Menswear, Kids and H&M Home across two trading floors and a basement back-of-house.
Powells delivered the project as principal contractor, including a new dual-aspect shopfront, structural works, escalators, staircase and lift to enhance customer flow. The scheme also included full MEP, HVAC and life safety systems, alongside high-quality finishes and bespoke features such as illuminated ceiling details, glazed partitions and specialist wall panelling.
Delivered within a live shopping centre, the project required careful coordination and programme control. The result is a bright, modern flagship that enhances the customer experience while strengthening Powells’ long-standing partnership with H&M.
