We’re thrilled to share the opening of the new Abercrombie & Fitch store at Westfield Stratford City - another standout project delivered by Powells for A&F Co.
This opening marks an exciting new chapter in a space we know well. The store occupies the former Hollister unit - the very location where our journey with Abercrombie & Fitch Co. first began in 2018. Having recently delivered Hollister’s brand-new store within the centre, it’s been rewarding to see both brands reimagined in fresh new spaces, side by side.
Powells delivered the full interior fit-out, transforming the existing unit into a completely refreshed retail environment that reflects Abercrombie & Fitch’s refined, contemporary aesthetic. The works included:
~ A full strip-out and refurbishment throughout, with new wall finishes, flooring, and fitting rooms
~ Installation of high-level planters within the store’s impressive double-height façade, supported by bespoke structural steelwork
~ Decorative render finishes to arches and columns, giving the shopfront a distinctive architectural character
~ Feature chandeliers and illuminated signage to enhance the customer experience
