Working within one of the UK’s busiest retail destinations meant the project required careful planning and coordination from day one.
Deliveries, site access and working hours all had to be managed around a live shopping centre environment, with minimal disruption to neighbouring retailers and customers. At the same time, the programme was fixed around a hard opening date, so maintaining momentum on site was critical.
The design also called for craft-led finishes - from the piece-by-piece installation of the herringbone floor to the bespoke joinery and textured wall treatments - which demanded precision and close quality control to achieve the right look and feel.
Strong collaboration between our team, centre management and Subdued’s project partners ensured everything stayed on track.
