Powells delivered a full interior fitout for H&M’s 1,924 sqm office facility across three floors at Magna Park, in conjunction with the launch of their major logistics centre. Completed within a very tight programme, the project encompassed:

• Full M&E installation including lighting design, air conditioning, sprinklers, and plumbing

• Design and installation of multiple satellite kitchens and tea points

• Construction of new reception area, breakout zones, general office space, post room, hot desk zones, and meeting rooms

• Development of a sound-attenuated training and conference suite using Ecophon acoustic panels

• Fitout of bespoke ceiling rafts using a combination of timber, metal, and plaster finishes, alongside traditional grid ceilings

• Glazed and traditional partitioning including bi-folding doors

• Flooring installation throughout including high-spec carpet tiles, Amtico, and vinyl finishes

• Decoration using varied colour palettes and high-quality finishes

• Reconfiguration of the second-floor canteen to integrate new air conditioning

• Delivery of bespoke joinery by our in-house team, including amphitheatre seating, lockers, pigeonhole units, planters, cloak dividers, and a custom reception desk
