The project involved a full internal transformation, including a new mezzanine level, enhanced shopfront, bespoke millwork, new flooring, MF ceilings and statement lighting to create an elevated in-store experience.

Delivered on programme and within budget, the store blends A&F’s contemporary brand identity with the character of its historic location at 63–67 Kensington High Street, once part of the iconic Barkers of Kensington.
