We are looking to expand our existing compliment of Contracts Managers and would welcome applicants based on the criteria set out below:-

Based within a 70-mile radius of Andover.
Experience with construction and fast track fit out.
NVQ6/SMSTS/IOSH/asbestos awareness/MS Project/Excel/Word/CSCS.
Commercially aware/cost control/team player/calm under pressure.
Able to read working dwgs, set out site, check and manage sub-contract trades.
Supervising and overseeing project to client`s requirements/quality control.
Liaising with Contracts Director & Quantity Surveyor to monitor costs.
Good communicator/organiser/client facing.
Competent IT skillset/site audit & reports/programme review.
Clean driving licence.

Package negotiable dependant on skillset/suitability.
