Powells now holds their 9001 Quality Management Certification which is awarded based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement; and 14001 Environmental Management Certification which specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance.

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is an international non-profit organisation established in 1993 that promotes responsible management of the world’s forests and runs a global forest certification system for both Forest Management and Chain of Custody.

Chain of custody certification from forest to end-user ensures that FSC® certified materials and products have been checked at every stage of processing so that customers purchasing FSC® labelled products can be confident that they are genuinely FSC® certified.
